Spoiled Spotless (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it. It is written in plain language and should be reviewed by a qualified professional if you adopt marketing automation, SMS, or advertising pixels.

Information you provide

When you call, email, or submit a form on this site, we collect details you choose to share — typically name, contact information, property address or neighborhood, project notes, and any photos you upload of your property. Photos are resized in your browser before they are sent. We use this information solely to respond, schedule, price, and perform services you request. Contact form submissions are received by our website host (Netlify) and copied into our own customer records system so we can prepare your quote. We don’t sell or share them with anyone else.

When you book a visit online, your name, phone, optional email, address, notes, and chosen time go directly to our scheduling system and onto our work calendar so our crew can do the job. They aren’t shared with anyone else.

As you type your property address, the partial address is sent to Photon, a free address-lookup service run by Komoot using OpenStreetMap data, so we can suggest matching addresses. Nothing else from the form is sent to it.

Cookies & analytics

This site avoids third-party trackers by default, and our fonts are served from this site rather than a third-party font service. If we add analytics or ads later, we’ll update this section and collect consent where required.

Retention

We retain communications as long as needed to provide estimates, deliver work, maintain records for accounting or warranty questions, and meet legal obligations.
